Hello friends!
Before I gave in to Pinterest, I had a whole host of ideas I wanted to try saved to my bookmarks.
Check out this Bacon Cup from Fat Girl Trapped in a Skinny Body
(Bless her heart...)
You will need:
12 pieces of bacon
8 eggs
1/2 cup cheese
salt and pepper
First, spray non stick cooking spray into each tin.
Then, wrap apiece of bacon into each tin.
Beat your eggs, cheese, salt, and pepper together and fill up your cups.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Uhhh...interesting!
So they turned out ok in looks but they tasted great.
This would be super cute to serve to guests.
It is SO easy!
I have to admit...I'm intrigued! This may be breakfast in the morning!!

If you place the bacon in then a small circular cutout of bread to fit and just poor the rgg on top it will hold shape, the bread stops the bacon collapsing and it soaks up alot of the juices and is simply delicious.
ReplyDeleteI also use silicon cupcake moulds because its alot easier to get out.
